If you just attended the Kentucky Derby then you’ve caught it – the Derby fever! You want to go and you’re ready to secure your place in 2015 right now!

And if you didn’t watch the 2014 Kentucky Derby live, you’ve caught the Derby fever even worse! You watched one of the nation’s biggest horses races on a TV, or even worse, you live-streamed it on your computer. No wonder you want to make sure you attend in person for the 141st running!

Luckily, with Derby Experiences, you don’t have to miss a minute of the action at Churchill Downs next May because Official Ticket Packages are now on sale!

Because of Derby Experiences' Official Partnership with Churchill Downs, Official Ticket Packages come direct from the source with added security, and come with fabulous inclusions such as exclusive hospitality access, premium bars, gourmet buffets, celebrity meet-and-greets, and plenty of coveted amenities.

In this series, you’ll be able to see all the different seating options available to you, the deluxe hospitality paired with them and all the other details that come only through booking with the Official Provider.

So sit back, relax, and start dreaming of the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks… from the Grandstand!

The View from the Grandstand

The Grandstand offers some of the most prime seating locations within Churchill Downs. With the Grandstand stretching from the far left of Churchill (when you’re looking at the track from Gate 1) toward the middle until it runs into the Clubhouse, there is plenty of space and a variety of seating options available.

Grandstand Seating

Since the Grandstand stretches from right at the rail up to the third floor, there are a variety of vantage points and bonuses to each. For example, you can sit right up on the rail, close enough to hear the horses breathing, the pounding of the hooves and the jockeys urging their mounts to close faster. Or you could sit back just a little further in the 200 level so that your seating is covered and not out in the open. The third option? You could sit in the brand new grandstand at the 300 level with stadium-style seating instead of bleacher-style seating.

Grandstand Green: Sections 121, 122>>

Grandstand Red: Sections 223, 224, 225>>

Grandstand Blue: Section 326, 327>>

Regardless of which section you select, you’ll have incredible views of the final turn, starting line and the finish line is located directly to your right. Plus, even when the horses aren’t in your direct line of sight, the world’s largest video board will be plenty accommodating.

The Hospitality

There are several different hospitality possibilities with Grandstand Ticket Packages. Take a look:
